Privacy

Without an account: an anonymous session id in your browser, the lot details you type (ZIP, dimensions or area), designs you save, and product events (which steps you used) tied to that anonymous session. If you join the waitlist or ask to be matched: your email and ZIP, and which professional you asked about. If you sign in: your email (via passwordless link or Google) becomes attached to your saved designs. Working designs and any material quotes you type stay in your browser unless you save.

To run the product (resume your designs, show your numbers), to make the introductions you ask for (your email, ZIP, request, and — if saved — your design go to the professional we connect you with), and to understand whether the product works (aggregate funnel numbers). We do not sell personal data, run third-party ads, or build advertising profiles.

Questions you ask the AI helper are sent, with your design's numbers, to our AI provider (currently OpenAI) to generate the answer. Your email and identity are not sent with them, and the conversation is not stored by us.

Hosting and database: Vercel and Supabase. AI answers: OpenAI. Sign-in: Supabase Auth (and Google, if you choose Google). Each processes data only to provide the service.

Email us (or reply to any message we send you) and we will delete your waitlist entries and account association. One honest caveat: saved design revisions and product-event history are append-only records kept for accuracy and liability reasons (they are what prove what you were shown); on a deletion request we disconnect them from anything that identifies you rather than rewriting history. This process is currently handled manually and promptly.

The Trades directory shows public-record business license information from Washington State (business name, license number and status, city). We deliberately do not display phone numbers or owners' personal names.
